A bench of Justices Surya Kant and J K Maheshwari directed that Ashish shall not stay either in Uttar Pradesh or in Delhi during the interim bail period.
According to Uttar Pradesh Police FIR, four farmers were mowed down by an SUV, in which Union Minister Ajay Kumar Mishra's son Ashish Mishra was seated.
Additional Advocate General for Uttar Pradesh Garima Prashad told a bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice J K Maheshwari that the crime is grave.
The bench also asked the UP Government to apprise the court of the particulars of persons who were arrested in the cross FIR registered by the main accused Ashish Mishra.

The HC order was challenged in the SC which cancelled Mishra’s bail on April 18 and asked him to surrender within a week.
It is alleged that he was in an SUV that ran over four farmers and a journalist during a protest march in Lakhimpur Kheri on October 3 last year.
The violence had taken place in October 2021 when several farmers were protesting against visit of UP Dy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya to Lakhimpur Kheri.
Senior Advocate Dushyant Dave said that five people were killed in a merciless manner. “Both courts have found that it was premeditated,” he added.
