The city police have increased the cash reward for information on the man who attacked a woman inside an ATM kiosk in the city to `5 lakh.

Two days after Jyothi Uday,  manager of Corporation Bank’s Mission Road branch, was attacked on November 19, the police had announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh for those who find clues on the assailant’s whereabouts. They have also distributed handbills with a photograph and known details about the accused. They still do not know the name and address of the assailant, though he is said to have been involved in a murder case in Anantapur.
