The CBI busted a major racket of travel agents that was luring youths with opportunities in Russia pushing them in the war zone after confiscating their passports, an official said.
The three MLAs -- Sombir Sangwan, Randhir Gollen and Dharampal Gonder -- also said that they have decided to extend support to the Congress during the elections.
