Shah claims Congress has a generational history of not fulfilling manifesto promises, adding, "it is only Congress that can divide even the poor between Hindus and Muslims; we will not let it happen."
The bomb threats were reported from Burari Hospital in the northern part of the city and Sanjay Gandhi Hospital in outer Delhi, a senior official of the Delhi Fire Services (DFS) said.
"If I went back to jail, the BJP would stop your work, free electricity, degrade schools and shut down hospitals and Mohalla Clinics," the AAP leader charged.
